本地区对于10m以上挖深、周边条件复杂的基坑主要采取双排灌注桩排桩结构或混凝土(钢)内支撑+三轴水泥土搅拌桩的支护形式。南通颐达商业广场基坑北侧临近中新二路(11.0m),距西侧在建建筑(多层商业,独立基础有地梁,3~4F框架柱距约7.4m,埋深约-1.4m)一般为17m,基坑挖深11.4m,采用的支护形式为击入式钢管土钉墙,坡率为1:0.6,未设置三轴水泥土搅拌桩止水帷幕。根据基坑开挖至回填的基坑周边巡视情况及基坑监测成果分析,本基坑坡顶及周边道路、建筑物沉降位移量基本在2cm以内,道路及周边建筑未发现开裂现象,本工程支护形式有效的解决施工工期短、方便土方开挖和结构的施工、节省工程造价的问题。值得周边类似工程借鉴。
