无水氯化镁生产系统中的结晶器温度控制是一个大惯性、纯滞后、非线性的复杂系统。虽然常规的PID控制更加简单易行,但当被控对象的参数发生变化时,难以达到理想的控制效果。本文将传统的PID控制技术和模糊控制技术相结合,设计了一种可以在线修改参数的模糊PID温度控制系统,并且说明了该控制系统的原理、设计步骤,并对该方案进行了数字仿真。
The mold temperature control in the anhydrous magnesium chloride production system is a complex system with large inertia, pure hysteresis and non-linearity. Although the conventional PID control is more simple and easy, it is difficult to achieve the desired control effect when the parameters of the controlled object change. In this paper, the traditional PID control technology and fuzzy control technology are combined to design a fuzzy PID temperature control system that can modify the parameters online. The principle and design steps of the control system are described. The digital simulation of the scheme is carried out.
