毛主席说过:对自己,“学而不厌”,对人家,“诲人不倦”我们应取这种态度。毛主席的这个教导,对于我们担负培养后一代的光荣任务的教师来说,有着特别重要的指导意义。现在,我们的全日制中、小学校,都在贯彻以教学为主的原则,努力提高教育质量,都在强调加强基础知识的教学和基本技能的训练,并且强调发挥教师在教学中的主导作用,因而教师的学习问题,就显得更为重要。
Chairman Mao said: To ourselves, “learn without tire”, to others, “be tireless” we should take this attitude. This teaching by Chairman Mao has a particularly important guiding significance for teachers who shoulder the glorious task of nurturing the younger generation. At present, our full-time primary and secondary schools all follow the principle of teaching as the mainstay and strive to improve the quality of education. We are all emphasizing the strengthening of the teaching of basic knowledge and the training of basic skills, and emphasizing the leading role of teachers in teaching. Thus the teacher's learning problems, it is even more important.
