对Cr4+YAG被动调QCWNdYAG激光器的重复频率和脉冲宽度与输出功率的关系作了系统的实验研究。用Cr4+YAG作为可饱和吸收体在CWNdYAG激光器中获得了重复频率为2.2~10kHz,脉宽为120~900ns的稳定的调Q序列脉冲输出。不同初始透过率的Cr4+YAGQ开关对应不同范围的重复频率和脉宽。观察到了调Q脉冲包络中的调制现象并给出了合理的解释。
A systematic experimental study on the relationship between repetition frequency, pulse width and output power of Cr4 + YAG passively tuned QCWNdYAG laser was carried out. With Cr4 + YAG as a saturable absorber, a stable Q-switched pulse output with repetition frequency of 2.2 ~ 10kHz and pulse width of 120 ~ 900ns was obtained in CWNdYAG laser. Cr4 + YAGQ switches with different initial transmittances correspond to different ranges of repetition frequencies and pulse widths. The modulation phenomenon in the Q-pulse envelope was observed and a reasonable explanation was given.
