目的:研究阳春砂仁的化学成分。方法:采用聚酰胺、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS开放柱层析等手段分离化合物,根据各种光谱数据及其理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从阳春砂仁中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:3-乙氧基对羟基苯甲酸(1)、香草酸-1-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、异鼠李素-3-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、黄烷香豆素(4)和异黄烷香豆素(5)。结论:化合物1~5均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Amomum villosum. Methods: Polyamide, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column were used to separate the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified based on various spectral data and their physicochemical properties. Results: Five compounds were isolated from Amomum villosum and identified as 3-ethoxy-p-hydroxybenzoic acid (1), vanillic acid -1-β-D-glucoside (2) 3-β-D-glucoside (3), flavocoumarin (4) and isocoumarin coumarin (5). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
