本文介绍一种计算精度足够高的平行耦合微带线的简易算法。此算法是借助于保角变换,把平行耦合微带线变换成“单一”微带线,从而利用单线公式作中间计算步骤而推演出来的一种算法。按此法,采用具有通用函数功能的袖珍计算器,即可对任意介电常数的介质基片材料进行电路特性分析或综合设计。文中给出了主要计算公式、分析算法和综合设计步骤,并提供了氧化铝陶瓷基片的一些强耦合特性曲线和放大尺度单线阻抗(?)线宽特性。对耦合度为3~30db的四分之一波长定向耦合器的综合设计,给出了计算结果。
This article presents a simple algorithm for calculating parallel-coupled microstrip lines of high enough accuracy. This algorithm is an algorithm deduced by using the single-line formula as an intermediate calculation step by transforming the parallel coupled microstrip lines into “single” microstrip lines by means of conformal mapping. According to this method, using a pocket calculator with a universal function, the circuit characteristics of a dielectric substrate material with any dielectric constant can be analyzed or synthesized. The main calculation formulas, analysis algorithms and comprehensive design steps are given in this paper. Some strong coupling characteristic curves and magnitudes of single line impedance (?) Linewidth of alumina ceramic substrates are also provided. The design of the quarter-wavelength directional coupler with the coupling degree of 3 ~ 30db is given, and the calculation results are given.
