应用七味清咽气雾剂治疗急性咽炎 12 0例 ,旨在探讨提高其疗效的药物及途径 ,并与红霉素、地塞米松超声雾化吸入治疗进行对照 ;结果 :治疗 1周后治疗组治愈率及总有效率分别为 83 33%及 98 33% ,对照组分别为 6 5 83%及 91 6 7% ,两组病人平均痊愈时间分别为 (6± 1)d及 (7± 1)d ,两组治愈率及总有效率比较均显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,七味清咽气雾剂疗效明显优于对照组 ,平均痊愈时间明显缩短 (P <0 0 1) ,且疗效高、消肿止痛快、使用方便、无毒副作用
