黄皮树不同部位生长过程中主要生物碱成分的累积研究

目的分析黄皮树不同生长树龄、不同采收季节、不同采收部位中小檗碱和黄柏碱的质量分数变化规律,为增加中药材种植收益提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱分析方法对小檗碱和黄柏碱进行定量测定。结果黄皮树中小檗碱和黄柏碱的累积高低顺序均为根皮>茎皮>根;2种生物碱的量逐年变化,前3年量变化趋势明显,且第3年的茎皮量接近5%,显示“幼龄黄柏”有开发价值,第3年后2种生物碱量变化趋势减缓;同一树龄10月份采收的黄柏,其黄柏碱和小檗碱较高。结论小檗碱和黄柏碱代谢累积规律的分析和总结,为黄柏药材采收及资源的可持续利用提供了依据。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the variation of berberine and cortex phellodendri chinense in different growth stages, harvesting seasons and different harvested parts, and to provide the basis for increasing the yield of Chinese traditional medicinal materials. Methods The contents of berberine and cortex soda were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The order of accumulation of berberine and cortex phellodendri base in bark was root bark> stem bark> root; the amount of two alkaloids changed year by year, the change trend in the first three years was obvious, The results showed that the development of “young cork” was slow, and the change trend of the two alkaloids slowed down after the third year. The corks taken from the same age in October had higher cork and berberine. Conclusion The analysis and summary of the regularities of berberine and cortex alkali accumulation in cork provide the basis for the recovery of cork and the sustainable utilization of resources.
