把“德治”与“法治”紧密结合 ,反腐倡廉 ,是德和法互动互补关系的必然逻辑决定的 ,是社会主义初级阶段的内在要求 ,又是发展和完善社会主义市场经济的现实需要。我党这一思想的形成和提出 ,既有重大的理论创新意义 ,又有较强的现实针对性和可操作性。
To combine “rule by morality” and “rule by law” in order to fight corruption and build a clean government is an inevitable logical decision of the mutually complementary relationship between Germany and France. It is an inherent requirement of the initial stage of socialism and a realistic requirement for developing and improving the socialist market economy . The formation and proposition of the ideology of our party contain not only significant theoretical significance but also strong pertinence and operability.
