晋商大院作为晋商历史文化的依托物,同时也是现代旅游发展的基础。晋商大院在三晋空间分布呈现大分散、小集聚特点,特别集中分布于晋中。晋商民俗大院属性相近,开发模式雷同,加之地域临近,形成可替代性竞争,造成负近邻效应。规避空间恶性竞争,增强区域旅游合作,形成积极有效的空间竞合关系,是晋商文化旅游发展的前提,也是目的。
Shanxi Merchants Courtyard as a historical and cultural relics of merchants, but also the basis for the development of modern tourism. Shanxi Merchants Courtyard in San Jin spatial distribution showed a large scattered, small gathering characteristics, particularly concentrated in Jinzhong. Shanxi Merchants Folk Custom Compound has the similar properties, the same development model, and the geographical proximity, forming an alternative competition, resulting in a negative neighbor effect. To avoid vicious competition in space and enhance regional tourism cooperation and to form a positive and effective space competing relationship is a prerequisite and an end for the development of cultural tourism in Shanxi.
