目的设计并开发基于医学影像存储与传输系统 (PACS)的结构化报告模块 ,应用计算机生成图文并茂的诊断报告并实现诊断报告与图像的同步传输。方法 PACS采用 10 0 0M主干网 ,10 0M交换到桌面 ;应用Delphl6 0 ,VC ++6 0等编程语言 ,设计结构化诊断报告为基本项目区、影像征象区、诊断意见区、建议区、签名区、图像区等 6个功能模块区 ;设计通过对医学数字成像与传输标准 (DICOM)复合对象的引用 ,在诊断报告中直接插入DICOM的医学图像或者波形 ;设计并构造整个系统环境所需的基本函数库。结果基于PACS的结构化报告模块能将影像诊断报告按照计算机可以明确无误的结构方式组织起来 ,缩短诊断报告时间和周期 ,提高对报告原始资料信息的利用率。结论结构化报告模块有利于促进影像诊断工作与临床教学、科研等工作的结合 ,提高影像诊断工作质量和效率。
Objective To design and develop a structured report module based on medical image storage and transmission system (PACS), and to generate a diagnostic report with graphic and text by computer and realize the simultaneous transmission of diagnostic report and image. Methods The PACS was deployed on the 100M backbone network and switched to the desktop at 100M. A structured diagnostic report was designed using Delphl6 0, VC ++ 6.0 programming language as the basic project area, the image area, the diagnosis suggestion area, the suggestion area, the signature area Area and image area. The design is designed to insert the DICOM medical image or waveform into the diagnostic report through the reference to the DICOM composite object. The design and construction of the entire system environment Basic function library. Results The structured report module based on PACS can organize the diagnostic report of the image according to a clear structure of the computer, shorten the time and period of the diagnostic report and improve the utilization rate of the original information of the report. Conclusion The structured report module is conducive to promoting the combination of image diagnosis and clinical teaching and research, and to improve the quality and efficiency of image diagnosis.
