目的观察同时服用速效救心丸布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将门诊诊断为原发性痛经的女大学生按就诊顺序随机分为两组,治疗组36例服用速效救心丸布洛芬,对照组34例服用布洛芬,观察近期治愈、起效时间、不良反应。结果治疗组近期治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组起效时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同时服用速效救心丸布洛芬治疗原发性痛经治愈率高,起效快,不增加不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of taking Suxu Yixin pills with ibuprofen at the same time in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Female students diagnosed as primary dysmenorrhea at outpatient clinic were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. 36 patients in the treatment group took Suxu Xiuxin and ibuprofen, and 34 in the control group took ibuprofen. The curative effect was observed in the short term, Adverse reactions. Results The cure rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The onset time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions At the same time taking quick cure heart pills ibuprofen treatment of primary dysmenorrhea high cure rate, rapid onset, does not increase adverse reactions.
