中哈霍尔果斯国际边境合作中心(以下简称“合作中心”)是上海合作组织框架内区域合作的示范区,以中国和哈萨克斯坦两国边境地区经济合作为主,旨在促进中哈两国经贸合作,繁荣边境地区经济。在中哈两国政府的努力推进下,在国际社会的支持和关注下,历经6年的建设,迄今“合作中心”中方区和哈方区的基础建设工作都已基本完成。2011年12月2日,中方区和哈方区成功实现对接封关运营,中哈两国在国际经济合作中的战略定位正式确立。
The China-Kazakhstan Horgos International Border Cooperation Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Cooperation Center”) is a demonstration area for regional cooperation within the framework of the SCO. It mainly focuses on economic cooperation in the border areas between China and Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan Economic and Trade Cooperation and Prosperity of the Economy in the Border Areas. Thanks to the efforts and efforts of the Chinese and Kazakh Governments, with the support and attention of the international community, after 6 years of construction, the infrastructure construction in the “Cooperation Center” and “China Fangdahargy and Hafang District” has basically been completed. On December 2, 2011, China Fangda and Hafang District successfully achieved docking and customs clearance operations. The strategic positioning of China and Kazakhstan in international economic cooperation was formally established.
