松杉木屑原料易得,成本低廉,但因其含有对食用菌生长有害的物质,不能用于食用菌栽培.本文介绍对松杉木屑脱毒技术要点:①翻晒:将新鲜松杉木屑翻晒2~3天至干燥.②浸泡:将干木屑放在大缸(盆)中,加入沸水(浸没物料)和1%~2%石灰水(pH12),加盖棉絮等保温2~3天,捞起用清水漂洗至无松油味和碱味.③发酵:将洗净的木屑控水至60%~70%,pH7左右;堆积覆膜进行自然发酵,料温保持在65~69℃,2~3天即可散开堆料,用于食用菌栽培.
