双变气调贮藏是一项新的贮藏技术,与传统气调贮藏不同,它是在贮藏初期采用较高温度(10℃或更高)、高二氧化碳(10%以上),并在贮藏期间由高到低变动。该技术在北方土窑洞苹果贮藏中广泛应用,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。为了研究解决猕猴桃常温条件下贮藏技术,我们对猕猴桃双变气调贮藏进行了研究利用、效果很好。 猕猴桃在自然温度条件下贮藏室(库)温度由高达15℃向低不断变化,由于前期(30天)室(库)温(15~10℃)和果温均高,果实呼吸作用进行的较快,使保鲜袋内氧气下降到4.5%~6%,在高变温情况下袋内二
