冷冻法是研究矿物中气液包裹体的一种重要方法.它是利用冷冻手段,通过对气液包裹体中液体冰点和水合物溶点的测定,以求其溶液的盐度、大致成分和密度,进而为研究成矿溶液的性质,划分矿床类型,探讨矿床成因,以及在地球化学找矿、人工合成矿物和热力学研究等方面提供科学的依据. 冷冻法自五十年代初期提出以来,在国外地质研究和找矿工作上得到广泛应用并有较大的发展.近年来,国内一些研究部门和高等院校已着手冷冻法的研究,并取得了一些成果. 此项测试技术的关键在于设计、加工冷台及其所采用的致冷方法.目前,国内开展此项研究的单位多数采用液氮致冷.实践表明,液氮致冷,
