在实验室的研究中通常用间断作业的圆筒试验法来评价絮凝剂的作用效果,以便加快絮凝悬浮液的沉降速度。本文将圆筒试验所得的结果与用竖式的同轴旋转圆筒进行的新型絮凝试验系统的结果作了比较。研究表明,一般间断的圆筒试验所得的结果与圆筒翻转次数以及圆筒的直径有很大的关系。这种局限性可以通过采用连续的絮凝试验系统加以克服,在这种系统中由于有机械传动装置(Couette装置)而能得到具有重复性的混合条件。在固定条件下,用这种系统进行试验得所得的结果比用圆筒试验的结果具有高得多的重复性。
In laboratory studies, the intermittent operation of the cylinder test method is usually used to assess the effect of flocculant in order to speed up the flocculation suspension sedimentation rate. In this paper, the results of the cylinder test are compared with the results of the new flocculation test system with a vertical coaxial rotating cylinder. Studies have shown that the results of a generally interrupted cylinder test are strongly related to the number of cylinder flipping and the diameter of the cylinder. This limitation can be overcome by using a continuous flocculation test system in which repetitive mixing conditions are achieved due to the presence of a mechanical transmission (Couette unit). Under fixed conditions, the results obtained with this system were much higher than the results with the cylinder test.
