“春晖行动”既是共青团贵州省委开展的以“亲情、乡情、友情”为纽带，回报桑梓、扶贫攻坚的大型社会行动；同时，又是落实工业反哺农业，城市支持农村，建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐社会的有效载体。一年多来，“春晖行动”得到了社会各界的大力支持和帮助。目前全省已有45个县(区、市)对“春晖行动”作专题部署，全省已聘请“春晖使者”数千名，所筹桑的直接、间接的智力、财力、人力资本转移累计金额近2000万元，并已按照省委提出的“三个基本”扶贫开发新思路用于贫困乡村相关项目。本文报道的“叶辛春晖小学”，就是“春晖行动”中一个成功范例。
