双甲脒水解反应的研究

本文对双甲脒在不同pH的缓冲溶液中的水解反应进行了研究.通过测定不同pH值、不同温度下的双甲脒的水解率及反应的表观速率常数,求出了其阿氏活化能,并得出了pH值对水解反应的影响.实验结果表明:水解反应为一级反应,系特殊酸、碱催化反应.此外,结合对水解产物的定量分析,对水解反应中各个可能进行的反应及其机理进行了探讨. In this paper, the hydrolysis of amitraz in pH buffer solutions was studied.Acid activation was determined by measuring the hydrolysis rate and the apparent rate constant of amitraz at different pH values ​​and temperatures And the influence of pH value on the hydrolysis was obtained.The experimental results showed that the hydrolysis reaction was first-order reaction, which was a special acid and base catalysis.According to the quantitative analysis of the hydrolyzate, The reaction and its mechanism were discussed.
