本文研制一种用于测试ＬＳＴ和ＶＬＳＴ电视机芯片动态和静态参数的专用计算机系统。该系统可靠、精度高；有完整软、硬件环境，以适应不断更新换代的电视机芯片；也适用于测试其他专用模拟集成电路。本文着重讨论如何保持本系统精度和可靠性，还论述加快测试芯片速度的有效方法
This article develops a dedicated computer system for testing the dynamic and static parameters of LST and VLST TV chipsets. The system is reliable, high precision; a complete software and hardware environment to meet the constantly changing TV chip; also suitable for testing other dedicated analog integrated circuits. This article focuses on how to maintain the system accuracy and reliability, but also discusses the effective method to speed up the test chip speed
