加入世界贸易组织以后,中国对外贸易和经济技术合作得到迅速发展,越来越多的中国建筑公司开始寻求海外建筑市场。本文针对我国涉外单位和建筑施工队伍参与国际竞争这一现状,深入总结了我国海外工程管理中存在的问题,归纳了提高我国海外工程企业竞争力的措施,从而提高我国涉外建筑企业的国际竞争能力。
After joining the World Trade Organization, China’s foreign trade and economic and technological cooperation have witnessed rapid development. More and more Chinese construction companies are beginning to seek overseas construction markets. In this paper, in view of the current situation of our country ’s foreign units and construction teams participating in the international competition, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the management of overseas projects in our country, summarizes the measures to improve the competitiveness of our overseas engineering companies so as to enhance the international competitiveness of our foreign - related construction enterprises .
