目的:探求ALA口服在正常小鼠肺组织中的代谢,寻求肺组织光敏诊断最佳的ALA口服剂量及时间。方法:口服不同剂量的ALA(20mg/kg、40mg/kg、60mg/kg、80mg/kg),不同时间(1小时、2小时、4小时、6小时、8小时、10小时、12小时、24小时、48小时)以激光诱导荧光OMA检测系统测定ALA在正常肺组织内的代谢过程。结果:荧光强度在口服ALA40mg/kg组后一小时最强。结论:口服ALA40mg/kg为最适诊断剂量,口服ALA40mg/kg后一小时为最佳检测时间。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the metabolism of ALA orally in lung tissue of normal mice and seek the optimal dose and time of oral ALA for the photosensitive diagnosis of lung tissue. Methods: Different doses of ALA (20mg / kg, 40mg / kg, 60mg / kg, 80mg / kg) were orally administered at different times (1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours, 12 hours, 24 Hour, 48 hours) The laser-induced fluorescence OMA detection system was used to determine the metabolic processes of ALA in normal lung tissue. RESULTS: The fluorescence intensity was strongest one hour after oral administration of ALA at 40 mg / kg. Conclusion: Oral ALA 40mg / kg is the best diagnostic dose, oral ALA 40mg / kg one hour after the best detection time.
