随着社会的不断变化发展,对消费者而言,其所购买到的产品差异是产品的销售服务,服务是最好的营销武器。市场经济发展到一定阶段之后的必然产物即为服务营销,服务营销更可以定义为一种营销理念。消费者购买产品这一行为仅仅意味着销售工作的开始。
With the continuous development of society, consumers are concerned with the product sales and service they provide as the best marketing weapon. The inevitable product after the market economy reaches a certain stage is service marketing. Service marketing can be defined as a marketing idea. The act of buying a product by consumers simply means the beginning of a sales job.
