在直流电弧中研究了发射光谱分析的有关条件,使用二米平面光栅摄谱仪一级光谱二次投射氩、氧控制气氛测定氧化铕中十四个稀土杂质,测定下限CeO_2、Pr_6O_(11)2×10~(-3)%,Nd_2O_3、Tb_4O_71×10~(-3)%,Gd_2O_37×10(-4)%,La_2O_3、Sm_2O_3、Dy_2O_3、Ho_2O_3、Er_2O_35×10~(-4)%,Tm_2O_3、Lu_2O_3×10(-4)%,Y_2O_31×10(-4)%,Yb_2O_33×10(-5)%,杂质总量测定下限0.01%,单次测定相对均方偏差5.6~15%,加料试验,数据符合较好。
In the DC arc, the relevant conditions of the emission spectrum analysis were studied.
