由上海市革委会工交办、市总工会、市科协、团市委和市劳动局等五单位联合发起并组织的上海市金属切削技术比赛活动,历时五个多月的时间,已于今年五月份胜利结束。这次比赛是在党的十一届三中全会提出全党工作着重点,向着四个现代化转移的大好形势下开展起来的。因此,广大干部和群众对这次比赛意义、作用,有着明确的认识,许多单位的领导,把搞好这次技术比赛、提高工人技术水平,作为不断提高质量的一项重要内容来抓,许多工人也把参加技术比赛,作为积极响应党的十一届三中全会号召,学习、提高技术水平,为“四化”多做贡献如实际行动。正是由于领导和群众的重视,因此,这次比赛搞得好。全市有金切工人十三万二千人(占全市金切工人总数的47％)参加了比赛,通过比赛,比出了人才,树立了榜样,有力地促进了技术培训工作的开展,促进了工人技术水平的提高。由于结合产品进行比赛,进一步推动了增产节约运动的深入发展。比出了新水平,赛出了好成绩。为有?相互学习和交流经验,本刊特请上海市金切技术比赛办公室协助,结合部分实例进行报道。供同志们参考。
The Shanghai Metal Cutting Technology Competition, jointly initiated and organized by five units including the Shanghai Geological Engineering Commission, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Science and Technology Association, the League City Committee, and the Municipal Labor Bureau, lasted for more than five months and was already this year.
