本文以建筑能耗监测与节能诊断系统(Continuous Monitoring and Diagnosis System,CMD)中的用户端监测子系统为研发和应用目标,在给出建筑整体能耗分析模型、暖通空调系统能耗分析模型和用电系统能耗分析模型的基础上,提出了建筑运行能耗数据的采集种类及方式。而后系统地介绍了设计用户端监测子系统前的实地调查方法与步骤,分析了空调系统能耗监测点的设计方法,并指出电量监测点设计的基本原则是在满足评价用能系统和耗能设备能效功能的前提下尽量减少设备投资。最后总结了数据采集仪表在实际安装过程中可能出现的问题以及解决方法,着重指出了应重视后期的数据校验和建立健全运行维护机制。本文为制定能耗监测方案和后期的能耗诊断分析提供了数据保证,是整个建筑能耗监测与节能诊断系统的基础。
In this paper, the user monitoring subsystem in the building energy consumption monitoring and diagnosis system (CMD) is the research and application goal. In this paper, the overall energy consumption analysis model, energy consumption analysis model of HVAC system And the energy consumption analysis model of the power system, the types and ways of collecting the data of building operation energy consumption are put forward. Then, the methods and steps of field investigation before designing customer premise monitoring subsystem are introduced systematically, and the design method of energy consumption monitoring points of air conditioning system is analyzed. The basic principle of power monitoring point design is pointed out that it meets the need of evaluating energy consumption system and energy consumption Equipment, energy efficiency under the premise of minimizing equipment investment. In the end, the problems that may appear in the actual installation of data acquisition instruments and their solutions are summarized, and the data verification and the operation and maintenance mechanism should be emphasized. This paper provides data assurance for energy monitoring program and later diagnosis of energy consumption, which is the basis of the whole building energy consumption monitoring and energy-saving diagnosis system.
