缓粘结预应力钢绞线与混凝土之间的粘结锚固性能关系到缓粘结预应力混凝土结构的受力,通过对8个试件的拉拔试验,研究了缓粘结预应力钢绞线与混凝土之间的粘结锚固性能,测得了钢绞线拉力与滑移量之间的关系曲线。试验证明,缓粘结钢绞线外包护套的横肋高度直接影响到缓粘结钢绞线与混凝土之间的粘结性能,横肋越高,钢绞线从混凝土试件中拔出的拉拔力越大,粘结性能越好。试验结果对缓粘结钢绞线的制作和缓粘结预应力混凝土结构设计和工程应用提供参考。
The bonding and anchoring performance of slow-bonding prestressed steel strand and concrete is related to the force of slow-bonding prestressed concrete structure. Through the pull-out test of 8 specimens, Bond and anchorage between wire and concrete, the relationship between tensile force and slippage of steel strand was measured. The test proves that the transverse rib height of the soft bond steel strand outer sheath directly affects the bond performance between the slow bond steel strand and the concrete.
