晋江市栽培金针菇比较早,从70年代开始试生产,到现在单产不断提高,合格菇每袋产量从50g左右到近500g,生物效率从20%提高到140%~180%。产量的提高,除了合理的配方、优良的菌种外,其技术关键在于出菇管理。 笔者在晋江市供销社食用菌试验场栽培的金针菇,采用杂交19号金针菇菌株(原三明1号),收到了优质、高产、稳产的最好效果。现将两个技术关键介绍如下: (一)开袋要领 袋式栽培金针菇的开袋,国内外的许多菇场都是沿袭催蕾的开袋方法,即未见子实体有的甚至未现蕾就把袋开掉,让菌丝在空气的刺激下扭结。这样生长出的菇体数少,菌柄粗老,侧生枝多,外观不雅,产量不高,质量差,而且料面水分散失快,会延长出菇周期。 笔者经过多年的摸索,改用再生的开袋方法,即待
