O~6—甲基鸟嘌呤DNA甲基转移酶(O~6—AT)厂是体内修复酶,特异性地修复O~6-烷基化鸟嘌吟,这一具有前致变性的结构,其值的高低在一定程度上可反映机体对某些亚硝胺类化合物的敏感性。本文报道了测定肝癌高发区江苏省启东县和肝癌相对低发区上海市青浦县二个地区鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)感染阳性与阴性的鸭肝中O~6—AT活性,结果显示启东鸭肝的O~6—AT酶活性明显低于青浦的。提示启东家鸭对亚硝胺类物质比较敏感。这可能和启东鸭肝癌的高发有关系。
The O~6-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase (O~6-AT) plant is an in vivo repair enzyme that specifically repairs O~6-alkylated cocos, a pre-mutagenic structure. The level of its value can reflect the body’s sensitivity to certain nitrosamines to some extent. In this paper, the activity of O~6-AT in the liver of duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) infection positive and negative in two districts of Qidong County, Jiangsu Province and Qingpu County, a region with high incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma, was determined. The O~6-AT enzyme activity of duck liver was significantly lower than that of Qingpu. It is suggested that Qidong duck is more sensitive to nitrosamines. This may be related to the high incidence of Qidong duck liver cancer.
