实验研究了 L i2 O等添加剂对高速连铸保护渣粘度的影响规律 ,比较了 L i2 O、Na2 O、K2 O、F- 降低保护渣粘度作用的能力 ,分析了保护渣粘度特性的机理。结果表明 ,L i2 O含量在 1%~ 5 %的范围内 ,能显著地降低保护渣的粘度及提高其稳定性 ;L i2 O、Na2 O、K2 O、F-降低粘度的作用的强弱顺序为 :L i2 O>Na2 O>F- >K2 O;Mg O、B2 O3含量提高 ,保护渣粘度降低 ,稳定性提高 ;通过添加 L i2 O、B2 O3,无 F- 的保护渣能够获得高速连铸需要的稳定的低粘度特性。
The influence of L i2 O and other additives on the viscosity of mold powder was studied experimentally. The ability of L i2 O, Na2 O, K 2 O and F- to reduce the viscosity of the flux was compared. The mechanism of viscosity properties of the flux was analyzed.
