目的:对听障儿童家长关于儿童听力康复的需求进行调查,为开展相关的健康干预提供参考。方法:选择2013年8月~2016年6月来医院就诊的92例听障儿童家长为研究对象,采用问卷方式,了解听障家长对儿童听力康复的具体需求,提出有效建议。结果:参加听觉言语康复训练者78例,占84.78%。90.21%的家长表示愿意参加听觉言语康复训练班,且更倾向小班训练。其中61.96%的家长选择一对一的训练模式;82.61%的家长最想知道儿童听力康复的常用训练技巧,且最需迫切解决的问题贯穿于语言教育、言语矫正和听觉康复三方面。结论:在听障儿童听力康复中,家长的需求非常大,有关听力康复专业人员应针对家长的需求给予帮助,促进听障儿童恢复听力的速度。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the needs of parents of hearing-impaired children about their hearing rehabilitation and provide references for the related health interventions. Methods: 92 parents with hearing impaired children who came to the hospital from August 2013 to June 2016 were selected as research subjects. The questionnaire was used to understand the specific needs of hearing impaired parents for hearing rehabilitation and put forward effective suggestions. Results: 78 cases participated in auditory speech rehabilitation training, accounting for 84.78%. 90.21% of parents expressed their willingness to participate in hearing and speech rehabilitation training classes, and more inclined to small class training. Among them, 61.96% of parents choose one-on-one training mode; 82.61% of parents most want to know the common training skills of children’s hearing rehabilitation, and most urgently need to solve the problem throughout the language education, speech correction and hearing rehabilitation three aspects. Conclusion: In the hearing rehabilitation of hearing impaired children, the demand of parents is very great. Hearing rehabilitation professionals should help parents’ needs and promote the hearing recovery rate of hearing impaired children.
