帕金森病是最常见的神经变性疾病之一。帕金森病动物模型是解释疾病病因学根本机制,开发新的神经保护药物和治疗策略研究的必不可少的工具。该文综述了目前常用的几类帕金森病α-突触核蛋白过表达转基因动物模型及其优缺点。转基因动物模型是目前最为重要的帕金森病动物模型;较全面地反映帕金森病病因及发病机理、病理特点,将是帕金森病动物模型研究新时代的开始,也是今后研究探讨的方向。
Parkinson’s disease is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases. Animal models of Parkinson’s disease are essential tools to explain the underlying mechanisms of disease etiology and to develop new neuroprotective drugs and strategies for treatment. This review summarizes several commonly used models of Parkinson’s disease α-synuclein overexpression transgenic animal models and their advantages and disadvantages. Transgenic animal model is the most important animal model of Parkinson’s disease. It reflects the etiology, pathogenesis and pathological characteristics of Parkinson’s disease more comprehensively. It will be the beginning of the new era of animal model of Parkinson’s disease and the direction of future research.
