21世纪世界经济与政治多极化发展。文化外交,与政治外交、经济外交被视为外交的三大支柱,是国家总体外交战略的一个重要组成部分。学术界对于文化外交的研究百花齐放,本文拟从文化外交、国家角色理论和中国文化外交三个角度来研究综析这一领域的有关问题。
21st Century World Economic and Political Multipolarization Development. Cultural diplomacy, political diplomacy and economic diplomacy are regarded as the three pillars of diplomacy and are an important part of the overall diplomatic strategy of the country. The academic circles are full of research on cultural diplomacy. This paper intends to study and analyze the relevant issues in this field from the perspectives of cultural diplomacy, state role theory and Chinese cultural diplomacy.
