对马铃薯加工原料薯的主要栽培技术环节的试验表明,适宜的翻地深度应在30 cm左右,生产炸片原料适宜的密度为67500株/hm2,生产炸条原料适宜的密度为45000~52500株/hm2。培土厚度应该是播种后培土10 cm,齐苗后培土5 cm,封垄前再培土5 cm,最终培土厚度20 cm。马铃薯要做到均匀灌溉,即在团棵、初花期、盛花期和终花期都要进行灌溉。
Experiments on the main cultivation techniques of potato processing raw materials and potatoes showed that the proper depth of turning should be about 30 cm, the suitable density of raw materials for the production of fried chips is 67500 plants / hm2, and the suitable density of raw materials for making fried strips is 45000-52,500 plants / hm2.
