目的:分析研究阴道彩色多普勒超声对不孕症的子宫内膜及子宫血流动力学变化的临床价值,以便找出疾病的诱发原因。方法:本次研究选取我院2015年9月至2016年9月收治的150例不孕症患者为研究对象,定为观察组,且利用阴道彩色多普勒超声检查了患者的子宫内膜及子宫血流动力学变化情况,而后在取内膜的组织进行活检,并将最终的病理检查结果作为不孕症子宫内膜异常检查准确率的评价指标。同时,另外将150名健康的女性作为对照组,并在女性正常月经周期的不同阶段对两组女性进行阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,并比较分析两组女性子宫内膜厚度以及子宫血流动力学的相关指标。结果:所有不孕组女性患者顺利完成了子宫内膜的活检工作,其中133例患者表现出异常的子宫内膜。相较对照组,不孕组中所有患者月经周期所有阶段的子宫内膜厚度均较小,且其差异具备统计学意义。且不孕组月经周期所有阶段的子宫动脉收缩峰值的血流速度也要明显小于对照组,其差异具备统计学意义。结论:阴道彩色多普勒超声可以初步诊断不孕症患者的子宫内膜病变情况,并获得所有患者的子宫血流动力学数据,并对子宫内膜的容受性进行综合评估,具备准确性较高且无创特点,因而值得在临床应用中得到进一步的推广与使用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in infertility endometrial and uterine hemodynamic changes in order to find out the cause of the disease. Methods: This study selected 150 patients with infertility treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 as the observation group, and used the vaginal color Doppler ultrasound to examine the patient’s endometrium and Uterine hemodynamic changes, and then in the endometrial tissue biopsy, and the final pathological examination as infertility endometrial abnormality check the accuracy of the evaluation index. At the same time, another 150 healthy women as a control group, and women in different stages of the normal menstrual cycle vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography and comparative analysis of two groups of female endometrial thickness and uterine hemodynamics Learning related indicators. Results: All infertile women successfully completed the endometrial biopsy, of which 133 patients showed abnormal endometrium. Compared with the control group, all patients in the infertility group had smaller endometrial thickness at all stages of the menstrual cycle, and the difference was statistically significant. And infertility group all stages of menstrual cycle uterine artery peak systolic blood flow velocity should be significantly smaller than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: Vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography can initially diagnose endometrial lesions in infertile patients and acquire uterine hemodynamic data of all patients and evaluate the endometrial receptivity comprehensively with accuracy High and non-invasive features, which deserves further promotion and use in clinical application.
