据国家统计局城调总队对全国35个大中城市房地产市场调查显示,三季度房屋销售价格同比上涨4.0%,土地交易价格上涨6.3%,房屋租赁价格上涨1.1%,前三季度三项指标分别同比上涨3.7%、6.5%和1.1%。继上半年的情况,三季度全国房地产市场继续保持良好发展态势,大部分地区房屋销售势头较好,房屋销售和土地交易价格上涨幅度仍较高。今年以来,国民经济稳步增长,城镇居民收入大幅增加,消费者的投资和收入预期较好。随着住房制度改革继续深化,房地产二级市场加速开放,房地产开发销售商把房屋的建筑质量、高科技含量和高档次社区建设
