对一个组织而言,“一把手”在管理中的作用至关重要,由于每个领导的性格、脾气、处事方式和工作思路各不相同,管理风格和管理效果也不一样。有效的管理能够较好地实现组织的既定目标,同时带来员工、客户及各合作方的归属感和满足感,取得经济效益和社会效益的双赢。无效的管理使组织不仅完不成既定目标任务,而且会带来内外部环境的恶化和各合作方的抱怨,进而造成管理的无序和失控。有时即便当期业绩展现不一定太差,但会导致组织丧失发展的长远动
