文化建设的根本目的,是为人的精神生活构建一个“意义世界”。文化与价值观紧密相联,负载不同价值观的文化,对人们的影响是不同的。改革开放以来,中国的大众文化发展迅猛,但其良莠混杂的状况对人们精神生活的影响也是积极与消极并存。用社会主义核心价值观引领当代中国大众文化建设,提升大众文化的品位,促进大众文化的健康发展,是一个紧迫的时代课题。
The fundamental purpose of cultural construction is to construct a “world of meaning” for the spiritual life of people. Culture and values are closely linked. The culture that carries different values has a different impact on people. Since the reform and opening up, the popular culture in China has developed rapidly. However, the mixed situation between good and bad has a negative impact on people’s spiritual life. It is an urgent issue of the times to lead the construction of popular culture in contemporary China with the core values of socialism, enhance the quality of popular culture, and promote the healthy development of mass culture.
