政府机关是依法治国的核心支柱,作为身处执法第一线的公务员具备了法治观念,才能使依法行政落到实处。本文论述了在新的形势下,国家公务员要深刻地领会以宪法为核心的法律体系的基本内涵与本质特征,并掌握以宪法为统帅的法律知识体系,进一步加强党组织核心地位,以为人民服务为宗旨,增强依法行政观念。
Government organs are the core pillar of governing the country according to law.
