企业发展的根本动力是什么?这个问题是企业管理的首要问题。一些企业管理不善,发展缓慢,其根本原因就是没有真正解决发展动力问题。人是先进生产力的重要因素,是社会经济活动的主体,一切经济行为都是由人来进行的。没有人的活力,就没有企业的活力和竞争力。社会的发展,归根到底是人的发展。因此,企业要实现基业长青,必须坚持科学发展;科学发展,必须以人为本;以人为本,必须以人的需求为根本。一、以人为本,满足员工五项需求为本以人为本的思想自古有之。我国古代最早明确提出“以人为本” What is the fundamental driving force of business development? This issue is the primary issue of business management. Some enterprises do not manage well and develop slowly. The fundamental reason is that they have not really solved the issue of development momentum. Man is an important factor in advanced productive forces and the main body of social and economic activities. All economic activities are conducted by people. No one’s vitality, there is no vitality and competitiveness of enterprises. Social development, in the final analysis, is human development. Therefore, enterprises must adhere to the scientific development in order to realize their everlasting growth. They must be people-centered in their scientific development and must regard people as their fundamental needs. First, people-oriented, to meet the five needs of staff-centered people-centered thinking ever since. Earliest clearly stated in ancient China “people-oriented ”
