一、前言在加强医院管理工作中,抓好提高医疗质量和工作效率这两个环节,是非常重要的。医疗质量和工作效率指标,是医院工作质与量的综合反映。如何使医院工作由量变到质变,首先应重视工作效率的提高,同时也必须对工作效率指标作一个剖析。因为,反映工作效率方面的指标很多,究竟应该从何处入手?怎样通过它们之间的相互关联、相互制约的规律来发现问题,或者能否订出一个理想的标尺,以达到既能检查完成任务情况的目的,又能为制订计划和经济考核提供依据,还能看出科室之间的差距,以便为医院管理提供可靠的信息。为此,我们运用数理统计的原理,设计了医院工作效率“三
