目的分析福建省妇幼保健院人力资源,结合医改和市场竞争状况探讨应对策略,为医院管理决策提供依据。方法用Acess 2003建立数据库,用Excel 2003统计分析。结果 2014年福建省妇幼保健院现有开放床位850张,职工1 398人,床位人员比为1∶1.6。员工<35岁占2/3,近70%职称≤初级;全院≥本科学历者占54.1%。结论福建省妇幼保健院人员配备未达国家标准,员工长期超负荷工作;应转变观念,深化人事制度改革,加快高层次人才引进与培养,完善绩效管理制度和薪酬体系。
Objective To analyze the human resources of MCH hospital in Fujian Province, discuss the coping strategies with medical reform and market competition, and provide the basis for hospital management decision-making. Methods Acess 2003 to establish a database using Excel 2003 statistical analysis. Results In 2014, Fujian MCH had 850 open beds and 1 398 employees, with a staff ratio of 1: 1.6. <35-year-old employees accounted for 2/3, nearly 70% ≤ primary junior title; hospital ≥ bachelor degree accounted for 54.1%. Conclusions Fujian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital staffing did not meet the national standards and employees were overworked for a long time. The concept should be changed, the personnel system reform should be deepened, the introduction and training of high-level talents should be accelerated, the performance management system and salary system should be improved.
