近年来,220kV备自投装置得到越来越广泛的应用。220kV备自投保护逻辑相对复杂一些,现场对备自投原理、回路及逻辑认知不足增加了倒闸操作的风险。停送电操作前后往往配合压板操作,如操作不当可能导致备自投的误投或拒投。本文结合备自投保护二次回路及动作策略(线路备投)的阐述,分析了220kV备自投装置压板操作风险,提出运行维护的注意事项和风险控制措施。1备自投判断策略图1为220kV某变电站一次主接线,220kV线路为3组双回线,其备自投装置有线路备投、母联备投功能。
In recent years, 220kV self-throwing device has been more and more widely used. The 220kV self-protection logic is relatively complicated, and the on-site self-injection principle, circuit and logic deficiencies increase the risk of switching operation. Before and after stopping the power operation is often with the platen operation, such as improper operation may lead to prepared since the cast vote or refuse to vote. In this paper, based on the explanations of the secondary circuit and the tactics (line preparation) of automatic protection and protection, the operational risk of the 220kV backup autotransformer is analyzed and the precautions and risk control measures of operation and maintenance are put forward. Figure 1 shows a primary wiring of a 220kV substation and 220kV lines are three double-circuit lines. The equipment is equipped with a line backup and a mother-bank backup function.
