精细化管理是一项系统工程,是指在宏观上主要抓制度、机制、职能的精细化完善和落实到位,在微观层面上体现为制度体系的严实、过程控制的严格、工作作风的严谨。从加强油田企业生产经营状况的角度出发,根据油田公司的工作性质和特点,探讨精细管理的意义,分析渤海钻井总公司在生产经营中实施精细管理的必要性,阐述油田企业实施精细化管理的远景、方法和措施,最后结合公司实施精细管理企业生产经营的途径,分析精细管理在企业生产经营中的作用,为提高油田企业的生产经营水平做出有益的探索。
Delicacy management is a systematic project, which means that the system, mechanism and function of the system are finely perfected and put in place at the macro level.
