本文总结了我院近三年来对辖区内散居儿童系统管理情况。在工作中,我们主要抓了定期体检。小儿四病防治,体弱儿管理、予防接种、卫生宣教等几个环节,取得不一定的成绩。统计资料表明:我们地段多数儿童体重均值超过了1985年九市城区统计数字,并有部分年龄组体重均值呈逐年递增。患病率呈逐年下降趋势。佝偻病患病率:1987年为13.27%:1988年为8.76%:1989年为7.3%。营养性贫血患病率:1987年为16.8%:1988年为10.22%:1989年为3.08%。几年来的工作使我们体会到:1、对散居儿童进行系统管理,可以提高儿童健康素质、降低发病率。2、为提高工作质量,搞好和医院儿科的密切合作是非常重要的。3、要采取多种形式加强卫生宣教,使人民群众懂得这项工作的重要性,积极主动与我们配合,共同搞好这项工作。4、儿保工作者要勤奋学习,刻苦钻研、积极开展科研工作,以促进儿童保健工作向科学化、目标化、现代化的方向迈进。
This article summarizes the system management of diaspora in our area in the past three years. At work, we mainly focus on regular medical examinations. Prevention and treatment of children with four diseases, infants and children management, to vaccination, health education, and several other links, and achieved certain results. Statistics show that: Most of our children more than the weight of children over the urban statistics of nine cities in 1985, and some age groups weight average year by year. Prevalence showed a downward trend year by year. Rickets prevalence: 13.27% in 1987: 8.876% in 1988: 7.3% in 1989. Nutritional anemia prevalence: 16.8% in 1987: 10 22% in 1988: 3.08% in 1989. Work done over the past few years so that we experience: 1, the systematic management of scattered children, can improve children’s health and reduce the incidence. 2, in order to improve the quality of work, it is very important to do a good job in close cooperation with hospital pediatrics. 3. We must take various forms to enhance health education and make people understand the importance of this work and actively cooperate with us to jointly improve this work. 4, child care workers should study diligently, assiduously, and actively carry out scientific research to promote child care work to the scientific, objective and modern direction.
