目的探讨机械通气在治疗急性左心衰竭合并高碳酸血症的应用价值。方法收集2004年4月至2010年4月在我院住院的急性左心衰竭并高碳酸血症患者共43例,常规治疗组14例,机械通气组29例,在常规治疗的基础上行机械通气。结果与常规治疗组相比,机械通气组经治疗2h后可明显改善PaO2/FiO2、PaCO2、PH值,并可明显降低住院死亡率,差异有统计学意义。结论机械通气在治疗急性左心衰竭合并高碳酸血症的疗效显著,应及时实施。
Objective To investigate the value of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure complicated with hypercapnia. Methods A total of 43 patients with acute left heart failure and hypercapnia hospitalized in our hospital from April 2004 to April 2010 were enrolled. Among them, 14 patients in the conventional treatment group and 29 patients in the mechanical ventilation group received mechanical ventilation on the basis of routine treatment . Results Compared with the conventional treatment group, mechanical ventilation group could improve PaO2 / FiO2, PaCO2, PH value after treatment for 2h, and significantly reduce the in-hospital mortality rate, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure with hypercapnia significant effect should be implemented in time.
