目的探讨二氢丹参酮Ⅰ对荷H22肝癌小鼠的放射增敏作用。方法建立小鼠H22肝癌模型,分为空白对照组、单纯照射组、阳性对照组、二氢丹参酮I(高、中、低)组。经照射后,观察荷瘤鼠肿瘤生长状况,记录肿瘤照射后生长时间,计算肿瘤生长延缓时间和增敏系数(EF)。照后22d处死小鼠,剥瘤称重,计算抑瘤率。结果给药二氢丹参酮Ⅰ(高、中、低)组与空白组相比,均能抑制肿瘤生长,且中、高剂量具有一定的放射增敏作用,增敏系数分别为1.43、1.66。结论二氢丹参酮I对H22肝癌小鼠肿瘤生长有抑制作用,且有一定的放射增敏效果。
Objective To investigate the radiosensitization effect of dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ on H22 hepatoma mice. Methods H22 hepatocellular carcinoma model was established and divided into blank control group, simple irradiation group, positive control group and dihydrotanshinone I (high, medium and low) groups. After irradiation, the tumor growth of the tumor-bearing mice was observed, the growth time of the tumor was recorded, and the growth delay time and the sensitization coefficient (EF) of the tumor growth were calculated. Mice were sacrificed 22 days after irradiation, stromal tumors were weighed and the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. Results Compared with the blank group, administration of dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ (high, medium and low) group could inhibit tumor growth, and medium and high doses had certain radiosensitization effect, the sensitivities were 1.43 and 1.66 respectively. Conclusion Dihydrotanshinone I can inhibit the growth of H22 hepatocarcinoma mice and have certain radiosensitizing effect.
