企业文化与思想政治工作看似两个毫不相干的概念,其实这两者虽有着不同的含义和内容,但相互依存,密切结合,牢不可分。做好企业文化与思想政治相结合的工作,目的是为了提升员工的工作积极性,提高员工的工作效率,为扩大经济效益,加快企业发展服务。企业文化建设的核心内容需要围绕中国特色社会主义道路这条主线,依靠党的基本路线、方针、政策及企业规章制度对员工进行思想政治教育工作,树立起企业精神,鼓励员工保持积极向上的斗劲,拧成一股绳,劲往一处使,与企业命运息息相关,树立起企业的良好形象,在市场竞争中把持竞争优势,谋求更好的发展。从事企业思想政治的工作者需要充分了解企业文化与经济的关系,借助法律、行政及企业现代化经营管理模式,完善企业文化。
