运用专业的塑性成形有限元DEFORM-3D软件建立高锰钢(ZGMn13)材料的有限元模型,动态模拟钻削高锰钢的加工过程,获得了连续切屑、钻削力和扭矩等数据。为使用有限元方法研究高锰钢切削加工提供了重要的理论依据。
The finite element model of high manganese steel (ZGMn13) was established by professional finite element DEFORM-3D software. The dynamic simulation of machining process of high manganese steel was carried out and the data of continuous chip, drilling force and torque were obtained. It provides an important theoretical basis for the study of high manganese steel cutting by using finite element method.
