本刊讯近日,3位经过内科治疗病情仍无好转的肝衰竭患者,在302医院肝衰竭诊疗与研究中心接受了“自体外周血干细胞移植联合人工肝治疗”后,症状明显减轻,自我感觉良好。此项技术不仅开辟了肝衰竭治疗新途径,还开创了世界医学界血浆置换联合干细胞采集治疗的先河,成为治疗肝衰竭患者的新手段。肝脏被誉为人体的“解毒工厂”。但当其受到病毒、酒精、药物等多种因素严重侵害时,会造成肝细胞大量坏死,导致肝脏功能衰竭。此种疾病进展迅速,已成为肝脏疾病中导致死亡的主要因素之一。
